Samsung have yet to even officially announce the latest addition to is Galaxy range of Android smartphones, the Samsung Galaxy SIII, but the world is still hanging on every word that is mentioned of the flagship handset.
Vodafone however seem to be tiring of the wait and secrecy by just straight up announcing that they will be stocking the Samsung Galaxy S3 smartphone no matter what the final name, specs and details are.
This is hardly a shocking revelation but after weeks of Samsung trying to hold a veil over the handset it’s pretty refreshing to know that the SIII will be coming to the UK.
We have recently had an announcement that an announcement will be made on May the 3rd regarding “The Next Galaxy Phone” and numerous amounts of leaked specifications and images but it would seem that at least Vodafone will be stocking the aforementioned handset.
Voda has announced the stocking by launching a new web page on its site called ‘Your next Galaxy’ which has the Samsung branding and the options to share the page with your social media contacts. You can simply “Register for Updates” on the page which will presumably update you with information on specs, releases date and pricing through the UK carrier.
The Galaxy SIII is looking to be this biggest phone release so-far, and its easy to see why as the rumoured specs for the Android smartphone are looking excellent. With a 1.5GHz quad-core Samsung Exynos processor running Google’s Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with a 4.7” Super AMOLED display, 12-megapixel camera. The SGSIII will also feature 16GB internal memory and storage expansion up to 32GB with MicroSD.
You can check out the Vodafone register page here>> and register for updates. Stay tune to the Gadget Helpline on May the 3rd for the big announcement!
