Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 coming to Vodafone in April

The Sony Ericsson XPERIA  X10 has been confirmed for released on the Vodafone network in April. The latest on the long line of Android handsets that will be released in the coming months.

As per usual there is no word on the pricing and contracts for the phone but you can register your interest by clicking Here (yey!).

The full touchscreen X10 offers a 4-inch display, a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, an 8-megapixel camera, HSDPA, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth and Sony Ericsson’s new Mediascape and Timescape applications.

The X10 will be the first Sony Ericsson to be released with the android software and will be initially released with the Android 1.6 software with the promise of an Android 2.0 update coming along in the following months.

Alternatively if you’re not a Vodafone fan then you can pre-order the SIM free version of the phone from Play.com, where the X10 is currently listed as £499.99 and with a release date of the 29th of March.
