We offer troubleshooting and advice on using your gadgets and getting the most out of their features.
How does the Gadget Helpline work?
Our aim is to get the Gadget Helpline number stuck on the wall in your kitchen, so that whenever you, or you family, have a problem with one of your electrical gadgets you can call us to solve it!

What gadgets are covered?
If you have an electrical gadget, you can phone us for help. We will offer support on a wide range of gadgets including:
We aim to keep the top 50 gadgets in the UK covered at all times from the iPhone to the Wii to the Nintendo DS to the latest TomTom system, and we offer initial out-of-the-box PC support and setup.
If you call us with a gadget we cannot advise on straight away we will issue you with a Special Query Number (SQN) and one of our experts will call you back within 1 working day with the solution.
Where do I call for help with my gadget?
All our operators are UK based and the service is open 6 days per week: 09:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday and 10:00 – 18:00 Saturday. Calls are charged at 5p per minute at all times from BT landlines. Calls may attract a connection fee and charges may vary from other networks and mobile operators.
