Today we have received a call where one of our dedicated agents provided support on a HTC Desire HD and how to back up contacts to a memory card.
For this our agent used:
Issue: Customer wanted to backup all of the contacts on the handset to the SIM card.

Guide: Backing up contacts to a memory card
- Press MENU
- Touch All apps
- Scroll to and touch HTC People
- Press MENU
- Touch Import/Export
- Touch Export to SD card
- Touch SIM or Phone
- Confirm export – Are you sure you want to export your contact list to SD card? will be displayed
- Touch OK.
This guide can also be used to back up contacts to a memory card on most Android running devices including the HTC Legend, Wildfire and the Samsung Galaxy S.
